Did you know that 92% of all monetary support for art in the USA comes from private donors?

Did you know that without YOUR support: symphonies, ballet companies, museums, and all other art institutions or independent art groups can't function!

All of Oregon's culture needs your support. Please consider making a gift to help support our important work.

When you do, and make a subsequent matching gift to the Oregon Cultural Trust, you will be eligible to receive a 100% tax credit on your gift to the Trust.

That means you can double your contribution to Oregon culture! Investing in Oregon's culture has never been easier or more important.

The process is simple:

•   First, make a contribution to ALD.

•   Second, make a matching gift to the Oregon Cultural Trust

•   Third, claim your tax credit - $500 for individuals, $1000 for couples filing jointly or $2,500 for corporations - when you file your Oregon State income tax returns.

We make a difference! We produce and present new works made by local artists: dancers, choreographers, composers, musicians. We also collaborate with renowned artists from other countries, but the result of the collaboration stays here to enrich our community.

We perform for schools, retirement communities and in public places for audiences that could never experience this kind of artistry!!!

It's good -- it's made in Portland, Oregon by local artists!!!

Ticket Sales cover only 30% of our production expenses. ALD depends on your contribution so that we can continue to make and present the highest quality dance with live music done by Portland dance and music makers and performed by Portland dancers.
